mending pakai subcon luar atau subcon dalam negeri ?

waduh - waduh gw sedikit agak heran neh sama yang satu ini…industri telekomunikasi di negara kita lagi booming - booming nya dan secara otomatis ikut membuka lapangan kerja bagi rekan - rekan kerja kita anak bangsa yang berdedikasi dalam dunia telekomunikasi…sedikit cerita sebuah perusahaan operator maupun vendor dalam kenyataan di lapangan pasti membutuh kan 3rd party atau pihak ke 3 yang bisa mensupport pekerjaan nya dalam hal mulai dari pembangunan network sampai ke maintenance network. Bisa di bilang karena kebutuhan 3rd party itulah sekarang banyak bermunculan perusahaan - perusahaan 3rd party yang ikut berpartisipasi baik perusahaan dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Sedikit menengok rasa nasionalisme masih banyak perusahaan operator maupun vendor masih percaya dengan perusahaan sub con luar negeri dari pada dari dalam negeri, padahal secara kasat mata kita bisa melihat pada kenyataan nya yang mengimplementasikan di lapangan adalah karya - karya anak bangsa Indonesia sendiri. Jangan salah potensi engineer - engineer Indonesia tidak kalah (bahkan menang) dari engineer - engineer ekspatriat luar negeri padahal secara salary jauh sekali perbedaannya. Bisa di bayangkan jika sub con - sub con dalam negeri bisa diberi kepercayaan maka lapangan kerja akan semakin terbuka, kemampuan engineer - engineer kita semakin di beri kesempatan, harga yang di kasih tidak terlalu mahal, dan pada akhirnya duit - duit nya juga hanya ber putar di Indonesia saja. Our client a leading telecoms company is in urgent need of Nokia 2G (BSS) & 3G (RAN) Optimisation Engineer. You will be required to Optimise both the 2G BSS (ex-Nokia equipment) and the 3G RAN (ex Nokia equipment). You must have proven competence with ex-Nokia equipment and solutions for both the 2G and the 3G technologies; in particular the competence is required for the BSS and RAN Parameters and Features, as well as having experience on tools related to this position.
The position is based in Turkey for 3 months; the rates of pay are excellent / negotiable. Accommodation, flights and transport need to be included in the daily rate.

2G Radio Network Performance Optimization Engineer

Hello,     
I am currently recruiting for a 2G Radio Network Performance Optimization Engineer with extensive drive test result analysis you must have experience using the PMR tool as well as MRR and CTR recordings and internal Statics for cell level analysis of the specific faults, so you must be very familiar with Ericsson troubleshooting tools like MRR, NOX, FOX and FAS.
Extensive Radio troubleshooting experience using TEMS drive test logs is expected and good knowledge of RF plan optimization for coverage in GSM, including working knowledge of the Asset planning tool. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START ON THE 15th OF SEPTEMBER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
